Terms & Conditions

1. To be eligible to participate in the Royal Canin Veterinary Diets loyalty program, buy 9 bags and get 1 free.  Customers must purchase 9 Royal Canin veterinary diets products from the same Veterinary clinic or Animal Pharmacy in Malta or Gozo and obtain a fiscal receipt and filled in Loyalty Card as proof of purchase.
2. Once 9 purchases of products have been made from the same Veterinary clinic or Animal Pharmacy, customers will qualify for their 10th product free of charge. The free pack will be of the equivalent to the cheapest purchase made and, in the size, subject to stock availability.
3. Offer is valid for purchases made in Malta and Gozo only.
4. The promoter (Borg Cardona & Co. Ltd.) reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the claim process.
5. Incomplete, indecipherable, inaudible or illegible claims will not be deemed valid.
6. Offers, or any unused portion of an offer, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
7. If for any reason a claimant does not redeem an element of the offer by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the offer or that element of the offer will be forfeited.
8. Promotion commences on the 1^st August 2019 on wards and the free bag must be claimed within 15 months from the 1^st date of purchase, otherwise the offer cannot be claimed.
9. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. This offer nullifies any previous offers and cannot be used in conjunction with another offer.
11.  Royal Canin veterinary diet WET FOOD BOXES and CANS are not part of this scheme.
